Joanna Aims for Career as Playboy Model

Illinois talent Joanna has wanted to model for as long as she can remember. She finally got a chance to step in front of the camera at age 16, and has enjoyed working in the modeling field ever since.

When she was still a teenager, she worked with OneModelPlace.com photographers to build her portfolio. “I discovered OMP from an acquaintance I met through friends. Since joining the site, I have met some wonderful photographers who I’ve shot with and guided me.”

One she became of age, Joanna set her sights on a new career goal. “A few months ago, I went to the local Playboy casting here in Chicago. It was an adrenaline rush, because I’ve wanted to try out for a long time. I just had fun with it and hoped for the best.”

Her best was obviously more than good enough, because she was chosen to come back and shoot for Playboy’s online Coed of the Week feature. “I was selected as Coed of the Week the same day I tried out for Playboy. They asked me to come back and shoot again two days after the casting.”

Hot MODEL of OneModelPlace – February and March 2011

Been away for month, but thank you all for checking this site and all the visits. OneModelPlace.com updates us with more Hot Models and two new are here from February and March Hot Model stories.

Brynn has modeled for over six years, and got her start in the business right here on OneModelPlace.com. She has been very successful ever since.

“I discovered OMP from a peer of mine that had just found the website as well. She knew that I was looking to get into modeling and thought it would be a great networking tool. Boy, was she right! It’s been six years now and I can’t believe how far it has taken me. OMP has given me the ability to reach photographers outside of my area. I am a full-time traveling model and it puts me right where they are. This site made it possible to quit a retail day job to live my passion, being a working model!”

Bailey Devonish  has modeled since the age of 17. She started pursuing the career full-time three years later, and has found success as a working and traveling model ever since.

Her interest in modeling grew out of an early desire to be a photographer. “I would ask my friends to pose for me, but they were always so self-conscious and insecure, which will ruin everything. So when they started getting into photography as well, they would ask me to pose for them, and it just all came very naturally to me. Then I started posing for professional photographers such as Brad Miller of Natural Beauty Photography while being mentored by fellow model Melissa Trout.

She discovered most of her colleagues and collaborators right here on OneModelPlace.com. “I found OMP through a photographer friend, and then I realized that everyone seemed to get there work from there! The website has made it really easy to network with many others in the business.”

New Hot MODEL of OneModelPlace

Finally a new Hot Model from OneModelPlace.com is here again, meet Tara who been modeling for a short while but has already been getting the attention of the industry. Like many models, she started by posing for a friend and ended up pursuing it for a career.

One major step for her has been creating a portfolio on OneModelPlace.com. Since she first discovered the website online, this Florida resident has collaborated with several OMP photographers and is gearing up to work with many more.

She describes herself as being “very hard-working and creative. I’m not afraid to try new things. And I am super-friendly. I like to make my photographers laugh.”

As posted by huffingtonpost.com Vogue Italia cast a bevy of black models in its “Black Allure” spread, which hits newsstands in the glossy’s February issue. Ajak Deng, Chanel Iman, Arlenis Sosa Pena, Jourdan Dunn, Melodie Monrose, Lais Ribeiro, Rose Cordero, Mia Aminata Niaria, Sessilee Lopez, Joan Smalls and Georgie Baddiel all strike a pose in the latest Versace, Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, Lanvin and Dior.

Fashion inspired by the movie Black Swan (Photos)

Have you watched the Black Swan? Movie Critics as well as Models, Photographers from OneModelPlace.com are in amazed of the turn out of the movie. As posted by stuff.co.nz in relation to the industry, fashion is constantly drawing inspiration from other mediums, and film is no exception.

The fashion hype for Black Swan began when it was announced that the Mulleavy sisters of Rodarte would be designing Natalie Portman’s fantastical ballet gowns for the film.

The girls did not disappoint, and the dramatic style of the film has influenced fashion trends everywhere.

Photos in Paris Fashion Week 2011

Models, Photographers, Fashion Designers and the likes that involves in the modeling world are excited to see the outcome of the Fashion Week 2011. As posted by cbsnews.com that color (PINK) – in its many different shades – emerged as the hot new fashion statement at Couture Week, which just wrapped up in Paris.

In fact, rich color from regal purple to vibrant red, was a hallmark on the catwalks this week.

Runways were awash in tulle and organza and sparking with pearls and other jewels, both big trends that emerged from the week of haute couture. The 1950s (think Grace Kelly) was an inspiration on some runways.

The red lip continues to make a statement on catwalks, as does some unusual hairstyles.

Jessica Alba Photos – Fashion Week in Paris

Fans from all over the world and  from OneModelPlace.com,  models & photographers will love see the the fashionista actress doing a luxury shopping  last Tuesday, January 25 on her trip to Paris.

As reported by celebuzz.com, the Little Fockers star was spotted leaving a Gucci boutique while beaming a big, toothy smile. The 29-year-old star looked Parisian chic in a black Balmain jacket with padded shoulders and a pretty floral skirt.

Jessica made a quick trip to Paris to check out the haute couture fashion shows taking place this week.
